Sgt. Drozek has lived in Santa Cruz County for the past 18 years.  She was formerly a police officer in Contra Costa County and then a police officer/firefighter for Sunnyvale DPS prior to being hired by the Scotts Valley Police Department.  Sgt. Drozek also teaches at the local Police Academies in her various areas of specialty, such as Defensive Tactics, Domestic Violence and Tactical Communication.  She practices martial arts and is an outdoor enthusiast.  Sgt. Drozek enjoys spending her free time with her two awesome teenagers and Rhodesian Ridgeback dog, exploring everything this beautiful area has to offer.  She is excited to be serving the community where she is raising her family.
