Services Supervisor Robbins grew up in Fremont and attended Fresno State where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. Upon graduating she moved to the area and was hired with this department shortly after as a full time Emergency Dispatch Clerk. Services Supervisor Robbins enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
