Per Diem EDCI Robbins grew up in Fremont and attended Fresno State where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. Upon graduating she moved to the area and was hired with this department shortly after as a full time Emergency Dispatch Clerk and then promoted to Services Supervisor. Per Diem EDCI Robbins enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
