Officer Lipari grew up in Monterey County and graduated from Carmel High School in 2015.  He started attending community college and working as a security guard at Natividad Medical Center in Salinas.  He always wanted to be a peace officer so after earning his EMT credentials and attending the police academy, Officer Lipari applied to the Scotts Valley Police Department and was hired in 2020.  In his free time, he can be found fishing, hiking, or getting to know his new community.
