Emergency Dispatcher Clerk II (EDCII) was born and raised in Scotts Valley and attended local schools growing up, including Scotts Valley High School.  She graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in Sociology in May of 2017.  In her spare time, EDCII Carney likes running, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
