Administrative Secretary Analyst (ASA) Locke joined the Scotts Valley Police Department in 2013.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Arts degree in English from Stanford University.  For the last several years, ASA Locke worked in the special events industry while volunteering for Scotts Valley schools and her local church.  She is an avid reader and enjoys camping and dirt bike riding with her husband and two sons.
