SECRETARY TO THE CHIEF
The Secretary to the Chief is a complex position that
provides direct administrative assistance and support for the Chief. This
position includes a host of responsibilities including budget analysis,
staff reports, administrative secretarial support, clerical and computer
duties, calendering, and the maintenance of regularly audited confidential
documents.
An individual interested in this position must have excellent
organizational and writing ability, as well as a strong command of modern
budgeting and analysis methods, in addition to related computer skills.
